<tr valign="top"><td width="445"><font size="4">1. 青木瓜洗淨去皮及籽,切滾刀塊;香菇用水浸泡至軟,切對半;素肉、燉素羊肉用水浸泡至軟。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">2. 水12碗倒入鍋中,加入八珍大補藥包煮沸,轉中小火煮剩6碗,撈起藥包,即成藥膳高湯。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">3. 炒鍋加入少許的香油,放入香菇爆香,續入素肉、燉素羊肉拌炒,放入作法2的藥膳高湯中。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">4. 再加入青木瓜,移入電鍋中,外鍋水2杯,煮至開關跳起,取出,放鹽調味,即可。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">營養師的小叮嚀——</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">八珍補湯是由四物補湯、四君子湯所組成,身體貧血、元氣衰弱、易疲倦者,可用此增強體力。對於燥熱體質者則需適量或少量食用。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">青木瓜中所含的蛋白分解酵素(papain)及纖維含量,均比成熟木瓜高,可幫助蛋白質的消化吸收,對容易脹氣的更年期婦女可促進腸蠕動與胃排空,緩解預防。</font><font size="4"><br><br></font>

<font size="4">在炎熱的夏天,食慾不振時,不妨試試看將青木瓜切細片,用醋醃過後,洗淨,再用醋、百香果與少許的鹽、糖拌一拌,冷藏後更好吃。</font></td></tr>
