1.胡蘿蔔與馬鈴薯削去外皮後切片,洗淨;高麗菜一片片剝開,並且將每一片先剝成三塊後,切大段狀;白花椰菜洗淨,去硬梗;小紅蕃茄對半切備用。</font><br><br><font style="font-family: 黑體; color: rgb(68, 85, 166);" size="4">
2.將作法1的所有材料、薑片、蕃茄醬、月桂葉、鹽、糖、醬油與2杯熱開水一起放入快鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋,以大火煮至汽笛聲響,轉小火續煮約3分鐘即熄火,待<span href="http://forum.mymaji.com/tag.php?name=%E5%AE%89%E5%85%A8" onclick="tagshow(event)" class="t_tag">安全</span>閥降下並排完氣後,掀開鍋蓋,食用前加入胡椒粉、香菜即可。<br><br>[attach]399[/attach]<br></font></div>
